By accessing or using the Al Qaysar Restaurant platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and in-restaurant digital services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our digital ordering system.
Ordering & Payments
Transactions and financial obligations
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Al Qaysar. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Prices are listed in PHP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full at the time of order via our secure gateways.
Delivery & Fulfillment
We strive to bring the flavors of Arabia to you with speed and care. However, delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, traffic, or kitchen volume.
"The Customer's Responsibility"
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order. If our rider cannot reach you after three (3) attempts, the order will be marked as fulfilled, and no refund will be issued for perishable goods.
Cancellation & Refunds
Because our food is prepared fresh specifically for your order, cancellations are only permitted within five (5) minutes of order placement.
Refunds are only processed in cases of:
- Incorrect items delivered (not matching the invoice)
- Incomplete orders
- Severe quality issues verified by our kitchen manager
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass security, using automated "bots" to scrape our menu, or submitting fraudulent reviews. Al Qaysar Restaurant reserves the right to terminate any user account found in violation of these safety standards.
